I saw these cookies on a blog called mythineats and wanted to give them a whirl. I made a couple slight changes just based on what was in my pantry. Guess what – my daughter loves them!
You should share this with anyone you know that doesn’t eat gluten but can eat nuts:) They will love you for it.
Gluten Free Peanut Butter and Nutella Cookies:
Ingredients:
1 cup smooth Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Nutella
3/4 cup Sugar
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 Egg
1/4 cup pecans or other nuts (finely chopped)**
1/4 cup Dark Chocolate (I used chocolate chips, finely chopped)
Preheat the oven at 350°.
In a medium bowl mix sugar with baking soda, whisk in your egg and then add your peanut butter and nutella. Mix all ingredients. Stir in your chopped hazelnuts and chocolate. Prep 2 baking trays with parchment paper
Scoop out dough; make balls and set on the trays.
Once you’re done with the balls grab a fork and make crosspatch patterns on each cookie. I sprinkled with finishing sugar.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until cookies are lightly browned. Let cool before eating.
Thanks Cristina!
